You can share any or all aspects of your life as a person touched by pulmonary hypertension. As you share your story, think about what others in the community can learn from your experience - especially newly diagnosed patients. Thank you for sharing your story! Chicagoland Support Group

PHA is bringing together patients and caregivers in the Chicagoland area. Join us in celebrating a successful year and the PH community! The afternoon will include speakers Carl Hicks, PHA Executive Vice President, and Kayla Morrison, PHA National Support Group Senior Associate. The event will also include an inspiring presentation from Beverly George highlighting Team PHenomenal Hope's Race Across America.
