On the way to the month of May!

Eileen Diez, pulmonary hypertension patient and PHA Midwest supporter, is participating in the CVS Health Stride for a Cure O2 breathe Quarter Marathon as a team leader. Being a team captain is one of several ways to participate in CVS Health Stride for a Cure. Friends and family will join Eileen on Sunday, May 3, 2015, to provide hope for ph patients and help make strides to find a cure for pulmonary hypertension.

Start your team and join PHA at Busse Woods located in Elk Grove Village, Ill., for the CVS Health Stride for a Cure O2 breathe Quarter Marathon Run and Walk on May 3. Visit www.o2breathe.org/Stride15 to get started!

Make strides with PHA today by doing one of the following:

Start your team: Create a team of friends, family, neighbors and co-workers for the CVS Health Stride for a Cure O2 breathe Quarter Marathon.

Join a team: Fundraising as a team is an exciting aspect of the O2 breathe Quarter Marathon series. Check out the team incentives here.

Sign up as an individual: Check out the individual fundraising incentives here.

Participants can choose to complete one of the following course distances:
Quarter Marathon (Just over a 10K = 6.55 miles, timed and chipped)
5K (3.1 miles, timed and chipped)
Fun Walk (As little or as far as you would like to go!)

The O2 breathe run/walks series is an opportunity for the PH community to join the fight for a cure.
