The event will be held at the Countryside Golf Club – Traditional course in Mundelein, Ill.

- The event will raise awareness about pulmonary hypertension (PH), raise funds for research, and provide support and education for the PH community. Every $100 gift covers the cost of PHA's Patient-to-Patient Support Line for a month, and each $250 gift covers the cost associated with alerting 1,000 patients of the opportunity to attend a support group meeting in their area!
